SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING

Domestic shipping & handling - $5 per order and $2 USD for each additional item to destinations in the contiguous USA. All orders ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS). As we are a small boutique record label, please allow up to 2 weeks for processing and delivery of your order.

International shipping & handing - $25 per order and $2 USD for each additional item. Packages are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail and your local national postal service. Estimated delivery times are 7-21 business days but vary depending on the destination and the customs laws in your country. We currently do not offer expedited shipping. Please note: buyer is responsible for any and all Customs fees, including taxes assessed at the border prior to delivery.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. However, we will accept returns for store credit provided item is returned in new, original condition within 30 days of purchase. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs except in cases where item arrived defective or damaged due to an error by Release Me Records. Items that have been used, altered or damaged in any way will not be accepted for store credit. Store credit will be processed after the item has been received in satisfactory condition. You will be issued a email confirmation once the credit is processed.

We are not able to offer refunds at this time.

RETURN SHIPPING

Buyer pays all return shipping costs unless item arrived defective or damaged due to an error by Release Me Records. All prior shipping costs are non-refundable.
